Diagnosis & Repair
Our team diagnoses the specific problems with your equipment using state-of-the-art tools and techniques. We use new components whenever available — for end-of-production or supply-constrained parts, we source the best refurbished alternative. If a repair requires significant chip replacement that affects cost, we contact you for approval before proceeding.
Quality Assurance
Every piece of equipment is field tested for 24–72 hours to ensure it meets performance and quality standards. For older or more extensively damaged units, we may run a 5-day test to guarantee reliability. We stand by our work with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
