ASIC Master is an authorized MicroBT service center for North America. We repair every generation of Whatsminer, in warranty or out, at our Chicago facility — with technicians trained directly by MicroBT and new components wherever they are available.
In-warranty and out-of-warranty, under one roof
If your Whatsminer is still inside MicroBT's factory warranty — typically one year from purchase on new equipment — we perform the repair as an authorized center with factory-backed support. Send us the serial numbers and we'll confirm warranty status before you ship anything.
Out of warranty, nothing changes on the bench: the same technicians, the same diagnostic fixtures and the same parts sourcing, billed as a standard repair and covered by our 30-day guarantee.

Every repaired unit is field-tested for 24–72 hours at rated hashrate before it goes back on a pallet.

Whatsminer repair questions
Is my Whatsminer still under warranty?
New MicroBT equipment typically carries a one-year factory warranty from purchase, though the exact terms are set by MicroBT and depend on how and when the unit was bought. Send us the serial numbers and we will confirm the status before you ship.
Do you use genuine MicroBT parts?
We use new components whenever they are available. For parts that are out of production or supply-constrained, we source the best refurbished alternative and tell you when we do.
How long does a Whatsminer repair take?
Some repairs are completed the same day; others take longer depending on the fault and current volume. Ask when you place the order and we will give you an expectation based on conditions that week.
What does your 30-day guarantee cover?
The specific repair we performed, for 30 days from delivery. It is our guarantee on our workmanship and is separate from any MicroBT factory warranty on the machine.
