Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share, and protect your information. We do not sell personal information, and this site runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ASIC Master LLC ("ASIC Master," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit asicmaster.com, contact us, or use our repair, training, consulting, logistics, or brokerage services.

We serve business customers in the Bitcoin mining industry. Most of the information we handle is ordinary business contact information rather than sensitive personal data.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site, email us, call or text us, request service, enroll in training, or engage us for consulting or brokerage, you may provide:

  • Your name and, where relevant, your company name.
  • Contact details — email address, phone number, and shipping or billing address.
  • Details of your inquiry, including the equipment involved, quantities, fault descriptions, and your experience level for training enrollment.
  • Correspondence and records of our communications with you.
  • Service records associated with equipment you send us, including serial numbers, diagnostic findings, and repair history.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and network providers record standard technical data when you load a page, including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you requested, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This is generated as part of delivering and securing the website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics scripts on it. Two exceptions serve security rather than marketing, and both are described below: our network security provider, and the spam protection on our forms.

Our network security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and to protect the site against abuse. This cookie is used for security and is not used to track you across other websites.

Because we do not run behavioral advertising or analytics, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to disable on this site. We honor such signals to the extent they apply.

4. Embedded Video

Some pages feature videos hosted on YouTube. We load these using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and the video player is loaded only if you click to play. Until you click play, no YouTube player is loaded and YouTube does not set cookies on your device.

Video thumbnail images are served from YouTube's image servers, so loading a page containing a video will send your IP address and basic request data to Google. Once you play a video, Google's privacy policy governs the data it collects through the player.

5. Spam Protection on Our Forms

Our contact, repair request, and training forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which distinguishes real enquiries from automated submissions. Without it, the addresses behind these forms fill with spam and genuine enquiries get lost.

On pages carrying a form, reCAPTCHA loads a script from Google and collects information to make that judgement, including your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and how you interact with the page. It sets its own cookies to do so.

This information goes to Google and is handled under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We receive only a score indicating how likely the submission is to be automated, never the underlying data. Google states that reCAPTCHA information is used to provide, maintain, and improve reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes, and not for personalised advertising.

We use it solely to keep spam out of our inboxes. If you would rather not use a protected form, contact us directly by email or phone using the details at the end of this policy.

6. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, quotes, and service requests.
  • Provide the services you engage us for, including intake, diagnosis, repair, training delivery, logistics, and brokerage.
  • Track equipment through our facility and maintain service and warranty records.
  • Invoice you and process payment, and pursue unpaid amounts where necessary.
  • Arrange inbound and outbound shipping.
  • Communicate about scheduling, approvals, status updates, and warranty matters.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our website and systems, and investigate abuse.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
  • Send you information about our services where you have asked to receive it or where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

8. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers — website hosting, network security and content delivery, business email, accounting and payment processing, and IT support. These providers may process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it.
  • Shipping and logistics carriers — name, address, and contact details necessary to collect or deliver equipment.
  • Manufacturers — where a repair is performed under a manufacturer warranty program, we may share equipment serial numbers, fault details, and the information required to process the claim.
  • Counterparties in brokerage transactions — where you ask us to facilitate a purchase or sale, we share the information necessary to complete that transaction.
  • Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, insurers, and auditors, where necessary.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
  • Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then for as long as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and warranty obligations, or to resolve disputes.

In practice, service and repair records are retained for the life of the equipment relationship and for the period required to honor warranty claims and satisfy record-keeping rules. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a shorter period. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our hosting and network providers.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit across our website, access controls on business systems, and physical security at our facility.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information such as full payment card numbers or government identification numbers by unencrypted email.

11. Data on Equipment You Send Us

Mining equipment sent for repair may hold configuration data, pool credentials, wallet addresses, network settings, and custom firmware. Repair work often requires resetting, reinstalling, or updating firmware, which can erase this information.

Remove or back up anything you need before shipping, and change any credentials stored on a device before it leaves your control. We treat information encountered on customer equipment as confidential and do not use it for any purpose other than performing the repair.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete information, subject to our legal and contractual record-keeping obligations.
  • Portability — receive certain information in a portable format.
  • Restriction and objection — ask us to limit or stop certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
  • Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from any marketing email, or tell us directly.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request, usually by confirming control of the email address or phone number associated with our records, and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

California residents. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics. The categories we collect, the purposes for collecting them, and the parties we disclose them to are described in the sections above.

EU and UK residents. If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, although we would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

13. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers are primarily located there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

14. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Third-Party Sites

Our website links to third-party services, including social media and video platforms. This policy does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting a notice on the website.
