Which manufacturers do you repair?

We repair MicroBT Whatsminer (in-warranty and out-of-warranty) and Bitmain Antminer hardware. For MicroBT, we are an authorized North American warranty service center.

We prefer new components and use them whenever available. For parts that are out of production or in limited supply, refurbished components may be the only viable option — in those cases we source the best quality available and stand behind the repair with the same 30-day guarantee.

Turnaround varies — some repairs are completed same day, while others take longer depending on complexity and current volume. The bitcoin mining repair market is cyclical, and during volatile periods incoming volume can spike significantly, making it difficult to predict lead times in advance. We always recommend reaching out at the time of your order so we can give you the most accurate expectation based on current conditions.

What does the 30-day guarantee cover?

If any issue related to the repair arises within 30 days of delivery, we'll fix it at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the specific repair we performed — not unrelated failures or physical damage incurred afterward. This is our own guarantee on our workmanship, and is separate from any manufacturer warranty on the equipment itself.

How do I ship my equipment to you?

Contact us to initiate a repair request. We'll provide shipping instructions, our facility address in Chicago, and guidance on packaging. We also offer logistics coordination if you need help moving large quantities of machines. Our facility is equipped with a forklift and loading dock, so we can accommodate palletized shipments and freight deliveries of any size.
