Bitmain Antminer Repair — Out-of-Warranty Service in Chicago
When Bitmain's factory warranty runs out, an Antminer does not have to be scrapped. Our Chicago facility repairs the S21 and T21 at component level, with new parts wherever they are available and a 30-day guarantee on the work. Older S19-family units we take for recycling rather than repair.
Where we fit alongside Bitmain's warranty
We are not a Bitmain-certified repair center. If your Antminer is still covered by Bitmain's factory warranty, a claim through Bitmain is usually the right first step — and if you are not sure whether it is covered, ask us and we will help you find out.
Once it is out of warranty, we are the alternative to a long return shipment or a replacement purchase: component-level repair here in Chicago, new parts preferred, refurbished only when supply or end-of-production leaves no choice.

Antminer-specific diagnostics
The Antminers that reach our bench most often have been through a power event or run hot for too long, so the diagnosis starts with power and thermals before anything is replaced.
Hash board fault isolation
Chain and domain testing on a fixture to find the failed chip or rail, so a board is repaired rather than swapped whenever the economics allow.
Thermal and power diagnostics
PSU output, rail voltages and thermal interface condition are checked first — overheating and surge damage are the most common Antminer failures we see.
Firmware and control board
Reflash and recovery for units that will not boot or will not hold a pool connection, and control-board replacement where the board itself has failed.

Antminer repair questions
Do you repair Antminers that are still under Bitmain's warranty?
No — we service Antminers out of warranty. If yours may still be covered, check with Bitmain first; a factory claim is usually the better route while it lasts, and we are happy to help you work out whether it applies.
Which Antminer models do you repair?
The S21 and T21. S19-family units — S19, S19 Pro and S19 XP — we accept for recycling only, not repair. Anything else, contact us with the model and the symptoms and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it.
How long does an Antminer repair take?
Some repairs are completed the same day; others take longer depending on the fault and current volume. Ask when you place the order and we will give you an expectation based on conditions that week.
What does your 30-day guarantee cover?
The specific repair we performed, for 30 days from delivery. It is our guarantee on our workmanship; Bitmain's own warranty, where it still applies, is separate.
