Tell us what you have
Model, quantity and the symptoms — or, for training, advisory and brokerage, what you are trying to achieve. We reply with next steps and, where relevant, a quote.

Ship it or we collect it
Our Chicago facility has a loading dock and forklift for palletized freight; for larger lots our logistics team coordinates pickup. Everything is logged and barcoded on arrival.

Bench work, tested before return
Repairs are done at component level with new parts wherever available, then field-tested for 24–72 hours and covered by our 30-day guarantee.
