Receiving
When your equipment arrives at our service center, we conduct an initial inspection to assess the condition and identify any visible issues. Each machine is carefully logged and tagged with a unique barcode label to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the repair process.
Processing
Our team begins by diagnosing the specific problems with your equipment. We use state-of-the-art tools and techniques to repair and replace any faulty components. We use new components whenever available — refurbished only when supply or end-of-production constraints leave no alternative. If the equipment requires a significant amount of chips that changes our cost, we contact the client to obtain approval to proceed — though this situation is rare.
Quality Assurance & Guarantee
Every piece of equipment is field tested twice, between 24–72 hours, to ensure it meets performance and quality standards. In some cases, when equipment is older or had more extensive damage, we may perform a field test for up to 5 days to guarantee performance and reliability. We stand by our work with a satisfaction guarantee and will repair any issues within 30 days of delivery.
